Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HoloFame mobile application ("HoloFame", "the app"), operated by Mobile Alchemy Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing or using HoloFame you agree to these Terms.

1. What HoloFame is

HoloFame is a fake live stream simulator. The viewers, chat messages, gifts and donations shown in the app are simulated locally on your device — nothing is broadcast to a real audience. Any number, badge, donation amount, AI personality or testimonial shown in the app is fictional and intended for entertainment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use HoloFame, in line with the App Store and Google Play age rating. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Subscriptions, one-time purchases and refunds

• HoloFame Premium is offered as a weekly auto-renewing subscription, an annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and on the App Store / Google Play.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• The Lifetime purchase grants Premium access for the lifetime of the app on your purchasing Apple or Google account. It does not create any obligation for us to keep the app available indefinitely.
• Refunds are issued by Apple or Google according to their refund policies, not by us. To request a refund, contact reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases or Google Play support for Play purchases.
• If you have a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends prevents being charged. Otherwise the subscription begins at the end of the trial.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use HoloFame to defraud, deceive in a financial transaction, or impersonate a real person without their consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where allowed by law.
• Attempt to bypass, disable or otherwise interfere with security features of the app or our purchase verification.
• Use HoloFame to record audio or video of other people without the consent required in your jurisdiction.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, defame or violate the rights of any third party.

5. User content

HoloFame is offline-only — recordings and screenshots stay on your device. You are solely responsible for any content you create using the app and for sharing it elsewhere. Mobile Alchemy Ltd accepts no liability for content shared by users on third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual property

All HoloFame software, branding, artwork, names, logos, and the simulated chat / AI viewer behaviour are owned by Mobile Alchemy Ltd or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

HoloFame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Alchemy Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, HoloFame. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
